Eat Fugu (blow fish), Japanese winter speciality taste

Have you ever tried taste of “Fugu” (blow fish), Japanese winter specialty dish?

Its one of the best &  my favorite “Nabe” (hot pot) . Blow fish bones makes such a awesome soup.

Worried about the poison?  No, no, no need.  Only licensed chief can clean a blow fish.

Fugu seasons will end about April. You should definably try!
