On the show floor were new games available to play, VR experiences and even ninja and samurai shows.
Here are some images I was able to take during the Tokyo Game Show.
I was able to have the chance to experience some of the soon to be released video games for different popular gaming platforms.
Being able to play new releases games such as Devil May Cry, Spider-Man, Resident Evil, Assassin Creed Odyssey and much more before the release date was so much fun!
One of the things that really surprised me is that battle royale themed games such as Fortnite and Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) have traveled over the Pacific and are reaching Japanese gamers. After the event, I saw a bunch of advertisements for Fortnite at Shinjuku Station on the way to the Sakura House lounge.
During Tokyo Game Show, there was a booth that had 99 computers so everyone could experience surviving the battle royale themselves.
This event is definitely a great place to spend your weekend and enjoy the different activities these companies have prepared for you.
Tokyo Game Show occurs every September, so reserving your room prior to the event is a much. We can easily find you a place near Makuhari Messe so you won’t have to travel too far to get to the event.
Minna-san, see you in the next post!
