Located in between Shinjuku and Shibuya, 2 biggest areas in Tokyo. 3 min. walk to Kitasando-sta. on Fukutohsin Line (connected between Ikebukuro and Shibuya), 8min. walk to JR or Oedo Yoyogi Sta. (on Oedo line, you can go to Roppongi). Extremely convenient to do anything.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note of gratitude for the Yomoda-kai event. I joined other residents in cooking our ethnic meals at Sakura House's Ikebukuro location. I have been living in Sendagaya Guest House for 1 month and a half and the experience has been really positive. Its best attribute is its location: you can go walking to Shibuya, Harajuku, Yoyogi, Shinjuku... You really have Tokio's city centre in the palm of your hand ;) If you prefer to use public transport, you have Kita-Sando station totally next to the house (less than one minute walking) and Yoyogi station is like 10 min. walking. From there, you can take Yamanote and other JR lines. It's a large house with many "units" and a lot of people in it, so I specially recommend it if you are into meeting people from many different countries and nationalities. Furthermore, the atmosphere is great: people are kind and it is so easy to make new friends. If you are a sociable person and you wanna meet new people, don't hesitate: Sendagaya 4Chome will be a great option!!!

I am Pengfei Gao from China. Now I study in Keio University medicine school since 31th of Aug 2010. I have been enjoying Sakura House in Sendagaya. Then I know that there are many foreign students from U.S.A or France, and so on. Because of only one kitchen, in the evening, we cook supper together, communication the life in Japan, and different culture in different countries. Also, now I share a same room with an American, and also learn some English and improve my English. At one ward, Sakura House is a good place which can satisfied me, also make friends from all over the world. I love Sakura House. I wish Sakura House have a better future.
