1. Fill Out Form
Complete the following Advanced Reservation Form
with your planned move-in date and personal information.
2. Pay Deposit
Make a payment for the deposit.
The deposit is 30,000 Yen / person, of which a maximum of 20,000 Yen (for apartments, 15,000 yen) are refundable when you move out.
3. Find Your Room
Check the room availabilities on our website
around 3 weeks before your move-in date
Then, send us an e-mail to confirm the Building Name, Room/Bed Number that you would like to reserve.
4. Complete Reservation
You will receive the confirmation mail within the next business day.
** After we send the confirmation mail, it is not possible to change rooms.
** If you cancel your reservation at this point, the deposit is not refundable.
