For those who still have months before arriving in Tokyo, you might found most of the rooms occupied at this moment. But by placing the deposit first, more and more choices will come up as your arrival approaches. This way you could confirm right away once the room is scheduled to be available, saving a lot of time!

 Complete the following Advance Reservation Form
with your anticipated move-in date and personal information.
2 Place the deposit
and send back the deposit agreement with your signature.

** You will receive an e-mail with the security site address for online deposit payment (VISA / MasterCard) as well as the deposit agreement.
** The deposit is 30,000 Yen / person, where a maximum of 20,000 Yen is refundable when you move out.
3 Check the room availabilities on the website
between 5 to 15 days before your move-in date and send an e-mail
to confirm Building name, Room/Bed number you would like to stay.

** Please select your room from the currently available rooms listed on the website.
** The rent of the rooms is as listed on the website.
** If there is no room you would like to stay at the time, you can extend/re-confirm your move in date within the next one month and wait until you find the one you like. (You can extend/re-confirm more than once.)
** If you do not want to wait, you can also request a deposit refund by Paypal. In order to receive the refund, you must place the deposit by credit card (VISA/MasterCard) and you must have a Paypal account. Please be aware that a service fee will be charged by Paypal when you receive the payment.
4 You will receive the confirmation mail within the next business day.
