HARAJUKU is one of the most popular towns for fashion and trendy stores in Tokyo. We began by exploring the Design Festa art gallery and Omotesando, followed by a KARAOKE session in GINZA. Finally we made a toast to celebrate our encounter at 300BAR! We were really happy to meet many new friends through this tour! Missed the fun? Don't worry. Our friends arrived in the Design Festa Cafe and were welcomed by friendly Sakura House staff. We were so excited and just couldn't wait to get the ball rolling!

Okonomi-yaki!
Okonomi-yaki is a Japanese-style pizza made of wheat flour and egg. You could choose whatever ingredients you like and give it a nice fry on a red-hot "Teppan" steel plate. Monja-yaki is similar except the "dough" is more watery and have no eggs. We just couldn't stop! Yum-yum!!

Picture Time!

We returned to the gallery after a very satisfying lunch. Inside Design Festa Gallery East, we met an artist painting on the wall by chance. Here in DF graffiti is also an art expression, amazing! Art is literally everywhere, even in the toilet!

We walked along the Omotesando Street which is a world-renowned upscale shopping area, featuring many major famous brand boutiques. It is also the home to a famous Japanese toy store, Kiddy Land. We enjoyed our shopping session very much!

Japan is the birthplace of Karaoke Box and this popular entertainment spread across the world. Our Sakura friends are really good at Japanese songs, as well as pop charts in their native languages. There were thousands of songs to choose from and time is never enough!
