This guest house is located in Ekoda area where has unique atmosphere with mixed culture. Ekoda is the area where is well known for a student community and Sitamachi culture(Japanese old culture).??These 2 types of different cultures producing unique atmosphere in Ekoda area.
?As a student city, Ekoda has 3 universities that are "Nihon University College of Art","Musashi University" and "Musashino Academia Musicae" and for those students, there are a lot of cheap and reasonable restaurants in here.?? Also, rental video & DVD shops, poolbar, live houses and multicultural foods entertain students and local people.??? For example, there are Indian, Italian, French, Chinese, korean, Vietnamese, Israeli and Japanese restaurants in here and they never get you tired your dinner.
Another culture which is Sitamachi culture enable local people to live comfortably in here and gives relaxing time. By these aspects, several types of ages live in Ekoda together and it's a reason why Ekoda is unique and fantastic place.
Also, access to the metropolitan cities in Tokyo is very easy by train and subway. Ikebukuro is just 7 min. from Ekoda staion by Seibu Ikebukuro-line and Shinjuku is 15 min. from shin-egota station by subway Oedo line.???
