I recommend Hakozakicho guest house who is willing to dwell in family like atmosphere. Located in the center of the Tokyo, and there're only 6 rooms on each floor. A lift is equipped to help you go up and down the stairs, and it's only 4 minutes walk from Suitengu-mae station.
