Uguisudani is located on the JR Yamanote line, which means that most of the famous places in Tokyo are a single ride away without the need for a transfer. Ueno is less than 2 minutes by train, while Tokyo is just 9 minutes away. In the opposite direction Shinjuku is 23 minutes and Shibuya half an hour.
