Difference between a dormitory and a shared room

Both 'dormitory' and 'shared room' are shared accommodation, but the number of people sharing a room is different.
All rooms are furnished, and no key money, guarantor, or agent fee required. You can pop in with a suitcase and start your life in Tokyo.

		Dormitory 4~6 people sharing a room as well as kitchen, living room, shower & toilet. Monthly rent 37,000~45,000 yen.

Shared room 2~3 people sharing a room. (mostly 2) Monthly rent 39,000~53,000 yen.
