The Kinshicho share house is located in a long-established area of Tokyo. And if you like Sumo and want to know more about this traditional Japanese sport, then this is the most suitable place as the Ryokoku National Stadium, where Sumo competitions are held regularly, is just 1 station away. It is so close that you could even go there on foot and on top of that, the Sumo Museum and the Edo Tokyo Museum are right next to the stadium. You could learn a lot about Japanese history as well as the rich traditions of Japan. On the other hand, living in Kinshicho is also very convenient. There are several large supermarkets and department stores such as Livin, Marui, Arcakit, Olinas, etc. around the JR station, everything you need could be found over there. Furthermore, you could play tennis, swim in the pool or even work out in the sports center in the Kinshi Park just next to the station. If you would like to go to the city center such as Shinjyuku, it only takes a roughly 20-minute train ride along the Chuo-Sobu line.
