SHARE A ROOM or HOUSE & SAVE!
Any group of two or more people – couples, friends, families, as well as school, sports and business groups – can share a room at a SAKURA HOUSE residence and save!
The following text is in Question & Answer format.
Q: How can rooms be shared and what are the benefits?
A: While SAKURA HOUSE rooms are usually rented to one person, groups of two, three or four persons can share a room, allowing couples, friends, families, as well as school, sports and business groups to stay together in a SAKURA HOUSE room. GROUP STAYS have the benefit of being more economical than renting a room for each member of a group. When apartment and share house rooms are shared this way, beds will not be added to rooms and that additional beddings will consist of futons. In dormitories, a bed will be assigned to each member of the group.
Q: What about the cost?
A: When rooms are shared, a 20,000 yen deposit is required for the first member of the group, and a 10,000 yen deposit will be required for each additional member of the group. Also, 20,000 yen will be added to the monthly fee for each additional person staying in that room.
