SAKURA HOUSE SUGINAMI ROKAKOEN is a share house and apartment-style residence that opened in 2024. Located just a one-minute walk from Roka-Koen Station on the Keio Line, it sits in a quiet residential area of Suginami Ward—an area known for its safety and popularity among locals and expats alike.
The neighborhood is dotted with lush green parks, including the Roka Koshun-en Garden, just a short walk away.
