This website (hereinafter referred to as “this Website”) acquires information (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”) required for contacts and transactions during procedures that include, but are not limited to, room reservations and inquiries, such as the customer’s name, address, telephone number, age, nationality, gender and e-mail address.

The Company may also collect Personal Information that include, but not limited to, the following:

• The customer’s cookie ID
• The customer’s web browser
• The customer’s location
• The web contents the customer viewed on this Website

The Company works to protect the customer’s privacy and strictly manages the customer’s Personal Information while complying with Japan’s Personal Information Protection Act and other related laws, ordinances, and standards. If Personal Information will be used for purposes other than those clearly stated when the customer provides the Personal Information, the customer will be contacted within a reasonable timeframe. Personal data that has been provided to the Company can be, if legally possible, deleted. Customers can request the deletion of personal digital information by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. Deletion requests will be fulfilled within 28 days.

Provision for third parties

Personal Information provided by the customer shall not be disclosed, provided, or transferred to a third party except in the following cases:

• When it is required to carry out the business of the Company and the Company’s group companies, such as providing information about various events, and in the promotion of products and services.
• When it is required to carry out the business of the Company’s subcontractors (Please refer to “Management of subcontractors”)
• When agreement to do so has been obtained from the customer

However, Personal Information may be disclosed or provided without obtaining agreement from the customer in the following cases:

• If the Company is ordered to disclose Personal Information for legal reasons
• If it is impossible for the Company to obtain agreement from the customer and there is danger of damage to the life, health, or assets of the customer or a third party
• If the Company is required to do so for serious and urgent reasons related to the customer, the Company, or a third party

Management of subcontractors

When entrusting the processing of Personal Information to a third party, the Company inspects whether or not the subcontractor is protecting Personal Information in a safe manner and enters into a nondisclosure agreement with the subcontractor.
