サクラハウスについて
日本で部屋を借りるには、通常、家賃の1～2か月分（または礼金）に相当する多額の敷金が必要です。シキキン「日本語で一部返金可能）、家主への贈与金（または「レイキン」 家賃1～2ヶ月分、返金不可）と手数料（家賃1ヶ月分、返金不可）。
最初の月の家賃に加えて、最大6か月分の家賃に相当する金額、場合によっては数千ドルを支払う準備が必要です。また、これらのアパートメントには家具はありません。家具は自分で購入する必要があり、光熱費は家賃に含まれていません（さらに月々10,000円～15,000円）。
でサクラハウス、 私たちは月々の宿泊料金のみを請求するの一部を事前に支払うことで予約が完了します。客室は家具付きそしてユーティリティはすでに含まれていますわざわざ日本語でサービスを申し込む必要はありません。
東京のアパートに入居する場合、通常は保証人または連帯保証人が必要です。ほとんどの場合、安定した収入のある日本人のみが考慮されます。ただし、サクラハウス、保証人または連帯保証人はない必須

お部屋について
電気・水道・ガス等の光熱費込み（1人1万円まで）。また、追加料金なしでインターネット接続を提供します。これらのサービスに申し込む手間をかける必要はありません。
申し訳ありません。電話はありません。いくつかのお部屋には電話線がありますので、お客様ご自身でご契約していただくことも可能ですが、多くのレジデント様は携帯電話をご利用になっています。
でシェアハウス, 一部の施設は共用となります。お部屋は個室になっており、施錠可能鍵はありますが、キッチン、リビング、トイレ、バスルームなどの共用部部分は他の住人と共有する必要があります。シェアハウスはゲストハウスとも呼ばれます。
でアパート、すべての施設はあなただけが使用できる、完全なプライベートユニットです。シンプルなワンルームタイプから3LDKまで、1名様から3名様（以上）までご利用いただけるアパートタイプをご用意しております。
ゲストハウスは、リビング、トイレ、キッチン、お風呂などに加え、ベッドルームの共有もしていただく形態になります。家賃面では、アパートよりもシェアハウスのほうが安く、さらにゲストハウスが一番安価になります。サクラハウスでは、お客様のご予算・希望にあわせた、3つのスタイルをご提供しています。
はい。清潔なリネン（ベッドカバー、シーツなど）、基本的な家具（本棚、机、椅子、ゴミ箱、鏡など）を備えたベッドまたは布団セット（和風寝具）があり、部屋とは異なる場合があります部屋へ）と料理。スーツケースを持って立ち寄り、東京での生活をすぐに始めることができます。

ご予約
From Narita Airport to Shinjuku it takes approximately 2 hours. If your
flight arrives in Narita before 4:00 p.m., please come to the Sakura House Lounge on
the same day.
If the arrival time is between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. please call us
(03-5330-5250) to see whether you can still make it to Shinjuku before
we close for the day.
However, if your flight arrives after 5:00 p.m., we do not recommend
hurrying to our office with all your baggage, since it would not be an
easy ride especially during rush hour! Instead we suggest that you take
your time and relax. We recommend that you spend the first night in one of our sister Sakura Hotels and come again the next day.
Please visit the SAKURA HOUSE LOUNGE on your check-in day to complete the check-in process and receive your keys after signing the lease agreement.

Yes. Availability can be checked on this website or by simply contacting us by phone. After confirming vacancies, reservation can be made by paying a partial amount of the first month stay fee online. The remaining amount of this fee is not required until you come to the Sakura House Lounge to sign the lease agreement. Please contact us for further information on payment. (Please be reminded that any room or bed cannot be reserved without a prior payment)

Of course, we encourage you to take a look first. Please contact us to arrange a viewing. It is not necessary to visit our office; simply contact us at the number below. Yes. On April 1st of 2022, the legal age of adulthood in Japan has been lowered to 18. If you are under 18 years old, we request written consent from your parent or guarantor.

先行予約について
基本的にはどなたでもご予約は可能です。 特に、数ヶ月先に日本に来る予定やお引越しの予定が決まっていて、今すぐに滞在先を確保したい方に便利なシステムです。

その場合、入居予定日の15日前に、弊社のスタッフからまずご希望の条件にあった物件のリストをメールでお送りします。どうしてもその中に住んでみたいお部屋がなかった場合は、ご希望のお部屋が空くまで入居日を変更して待つことも可能です。また、予約保証金をいつでも返金することも可能です。保証金返金方法：海外送金以外にも、PayPal･お支払いいただいたカードへの返金も対応しております。
Your deposit can be refunded as long as you have not finalized your reservation by confirming a room with our staff. If you are already in Japan, you can get the refund in cash at our Sakura House Lounge in Shinjuku. If you are abroad, we can refund it by international bank transfer, PayPal or on the charged credit card. Transfer charges shall be deducted from the refundable amount.
もしお選び頂いた部屋がお気に召さない場合は、最初の一ヶ月以内であれば手数料などの追加料金がかからずに別のお部屋へ移動することが可能です。
ご滞在中について
チェックアウト日の遅くとも1か月以上前に退去通知が提出された場合、日割りの家賃を計算し、退去前に滞在する予定の日数を算出します。
チェックアウト後、サクラハウススタッフがお部屋に伺い、状態を確認させていただきます。問題がなければ、すべての退去手続きが完了します。
退去前にゴミや身の回り品の処分、床の掃除機掛け、シーツの洗濯と乾燥等を行ってください。詳しくは賃貸借契約締結時にお渡しする書類をご確認ください。
The check out should take place before 11:00 a.m. If you require to leave later, let our staff know in advance. An additional day stay fee would be required for departures after 11:00 a.m.
Please check your
flight’s departure time. Narita Airport is approximately 60 km from
downtown Tokyo. In the event that you have a late flight, we suggest scheduling your check out day 1 day later than your flight, which shall allow you to continue using the room after 11a.m. on the day of your flight’s departure.

In the event that you wish to check out, we require at least 1 month advance notice. Notice must be given by completing our “1 Month Move Out Request Notice” form and bringing it to the Sakura House Lounge in Shinjuku in person, or signing it directly at our office. The remaining rent will be calculated and a move-out inspection appointment will be arranged beforehand.
Please be reminded that if a minimum of 1 month advance notice is not given, a 1 month rent will still be charged from the day we are informed. In the event that you wish to move out, please inform us at your earliest convenience.
毎月の締切日は、契約が締結された日から1か月間で正確に計算されます。たとえば、1月15日に契約書に署名した場合、締切日は2月14日です。

During the check out procedure we will collect the keys from you. Once complete, you may not enter the room again.

短期滞在
サクラハウスすべてのアパートメント、シェアハウス、ゲストハウスは空室状況に応じて短期滞在可能です。
ショートステイとは、1ヶ月以内の滞在を指します。
宿泊料金全額を事前にご負担いただき、日本の東京または京都での快適なご滞在のための準備をすべて整えることができます。
ショートステイは、旅行や出張、友人・家族訪問などの一時滞在に便利です。
数日または数週間の滞在の場合は、サクラ ホテル & ホステルの同僚の空室状況をご確認ください。
お部屋について

There’s either a bed or a Futon set (Japanese- style bedding) with clean linens (e.g. bed cover, sheets, etc.), basic furniture (e.g. bookshelf, desk, chair, trash can, mirror, etc., may differ from room to room) and dishes. You can pop in with a suitcase and kick-off life in Tokyo immediately.） The current condition takes precedence.
