We are happy to announce a new change to our reservation system that shall continue to make your reservation and stay experience in Tokyo and Kyoto a smooth and pleasant one.

From October 11th of 2023 onwards, a separate deposit shall no longer be required to complete your reservation.

Instead 30%~100% of the 1st month stay fee shall be the only payment needed.

This allows for more simplicity to your accommodation arrangements in Japan, and a quicker check-in/out process.
