Zimmer können gesucht werden nach: Zimmertyp, Preis, Größe und Fläche

Wenn Sie ein Zimmer reservieren, werden Sie gebeten, 30 % bis 100 % der Aufenthaltsgebühr für den ersten Monat oder die Gesamtaufenthaltsgebühr zu zahlen.

Payment can be made online with credit card or a Japanese bank account.

For payment via international bank transfer or PayPal, notification in advance is required (additional fees are involved).

On your check-in date please sign your contract at the SAKURA HOUSE LOUNGE in Shinjuku, Tokyo. A valid passport is required to sign a contract and receive your keys.

All rooms are furnished and houses equipped for an easy start to your life in Japan. We also organize various resident events throughout the year so you can experience more of Japan and get to know likeminded travelers. We are open every day of the year between 8:50 am until before 6:00 pm.

Am Auszugstermin bitten wir Sie, das Zimmer bis spätestens 11.00 Uhr zu verlassen. Ein Mitarbeiter SAKURA HOUSE wird später das Zimmer inspizieren und sicherstellen, dass alles in Ordnung ist. Bitte helfen Sie uns, indem Sie das Zimmer vorher reinigen. Sie sind herzlich eingeladen, über Instagram und Facebook mit SAKURA HOUSE in Verbindung zu bleiben. Wir hoffen, dass wir uns wiedersehen!

Please complete the PRE-RESERVATION form; making sure you enter your planned check in date and personal information, as well as your preferred location, budget, and room type. If you have any preferred room, please let us know. If the preferred room continues to not be available closer to your check-in date, we shall consider the details provided to find a convenient alternative for your stay from our available rooms.

The deposit required for a PRE-RESERVATION is 20,000 yen. This deposit shall be used as partial payment for your stay fee once your room is decided. If you need to cancel your PRE-RESERVATION for any reason, we will refund your deposit.

Our staff will contact you closer to your planned check-in date with an update on the availability of your preferred rooms. If none were requested, or if the preferred rooms remain not available still, our staff shall work with you to find the most convenient room for your stay from the ones available. Once your room is finally decided and confirmed, you will be all set for your stay in Japan!
