Everything is slowly starting to turn into a brighter perspective for the world and this might mean that we could soon be able to travel freely again. Enjoying all kinds of yearly events like usual was something out of question this year. We are still left unsure of what 2021 will bring us but let’s keep a positive mindset and hope for it all to happen next year during Spring and Summer.  

Some of the events we would wish to see happening again:  

Gathering with friends on blue sheets under cherry blossom trees one beer in one hand and a second beer in the other hand.

While a lot of people might have given up on hoping the Olympics that were postponed in 2020 are most likely going to happen.  

Bon Dance events throughout late Summer until early Autumn. Those events happening throughout Japan you will let you sense the regional character and local differences first hand.

Some of you might already prepare for an exchange year at a Japanese University starting in April. Others might be planning ahead of their next business trip.

¿Qué es una Reserva Anticipada?

Como nuestros residentes solo tienen que avisarnos con un mes de anticipación antes de su partida, la mayoría de las vacantes solo se pueden confirmar alrededor de un mes antes de arribo. Para las personas que desean planificar con más anticipación y desean obtener un alojamiento meses antes de su llegada, ofrecemos una llamada Reserva Anticipada.

Al usar una Reserva Anticipada, usted estará en nuestra Lista de Prioridades para cualquier alojamiento de SAKURA HOUSE y nos comunicaremos con usted cuando se confirmen nuestras vacantes de habitaciones para su fecha de mudanza. Es posible simplemente darnos sus preferencias, como el presupuesto y la ubicación, pero también puede tener prioridad para sus casas compartidas, guest house o apartamentos preferidos.

Si bien no se puede garantizar una habitación específica, le garantizamos un alojamiento al realizar una Reserva Anticipada y es completamente libre de riesgos. Si decide cancelar su reserva antes de elegir una habitación, su depósito es totalmente reembolsable.

Para una persona en una casa compartida, guest house o apartamento, el depósito es de 20,000 JPY y para cada persona adicional en una habitación o apartamento es necesario un depósito de 10,000 JPY.

No hay costos iniciales adicionales como dinero clave, tarifas de garante o tarifas de agencia como es común en Japón y donde fácilmente tiene que pagar de 300,000 a 500,000 yenes o incluso más por adelantado como costos de mudanza.
