Enjoying all kinds of yearly events like usual was something out of question this year. We are still left unsure of what 2021 will bring us but let’s keep a positive mindset and hope for it all to happen next year during Spring and Summer.  

Some of the events we would wish to see happening again:  

Gathering with friends on blue sheets under cherry blossom trees one beer in one hand and a second beer in the other hand.

While a lot of people might have given up on hoping the Olympics that were postponed in 2020 are most likely going to happen.  

Bon Dance events throughout late Summer until early Autumn. Those events happening throughout Japan you will let you sense the regional character and local differences first hand.

Some of you might already prepare for an exchange year at a Japanese University starting in April. Others might be planning ahead of their next business trip.

Qu'est-ce qu'une Pré-Réservation ?

Comme nos résidents n'ont qu'à nous donner un préavis d'un mois, avant de vouloir déménager, la plupart des postes vacants ne peuvent être confirmés qu'environ un mois avant d'emménager. arrivée, nous proposons une soi-disant Pré-Réservation.

En utilisant la Pré-Réservation, vous seriez sur notre liste de priorité pour tout logement SAKURA HOUSE et nous vous contacterons lorsque nos chambres disponibles pour votre date d'emménagement seront confirmées. Il est possible de simplement nous donner vos préférences comme le budget et l'emplacement, mais aussi d'être priorisé pour vos sharehouses, maisons d'hôtes ou appartements préférés.

Bien qu'une chambre spécifique ne puisse pas être garantie, nous vous garantissons un hébergement lors de la Pré-Réservation et il est totalement sans risque. Si vous décidez d'annuler votre réservation avant de choisir une chambre, votre acompte est entièrement remboursable.

Pour une personne dans une colocation, une maison d'hôtes ou un appartement, la caution est de 20 000 JPY et pour chaque personne supplémentaire dans une chambre ou un appartement en colocation, une caution de 10 000 JPY est nécessaire.

Il n'y a pas d'autres coûts initiaux comme l'argent clé, les frais de garant ou les frais d'agence comme cela est parties communes au Japon et où vous devez facilement payer 300 000 à 500 000 yens ou même plus à l'avance comme frais d'emménagement.
