To assist everyone with their stay in Tokyo during their travel plans, SAKURA HOUSE has just opened a new apartment complex, SETAGAYA KOMAZAWA DAIGAKU APARTMENT (KOMAZAWA HEIGHTS ANNEX).

Located in the Setagaya district, it is only a 10-minute walk from Komazawa Daigaku Station. With the Den-en-toshi train line, it is possible to reach Shibuya in a few minutes!

Although this complex of apartments is located in a central area of Tokyo, it is surrounded by green with Komazawa Ryokusen Park at only 1 min walk away!

All the apartments have fully-equipped kitchens (including refrigerators, microwave ovens, toaster ovens, tableware, cookware, cutlery, etc.), Wi-Fi and A/C. Each unit has its own washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board, bed and bedsheets.  

One apartment is a 36 square meters 2DK private unit with a Japanese style room with tatami flooring, perfect for a small group, family, couple or individuals. The rest are 21 square meters 1DK style private apartment units for individuals or couples. 
The rent starts from 140,000 JPY per month.
